LIVE SESSION MONITORING AND RECORDING: We reserves the right to monitor and record on-line and off-line sessions between users and KDR Business Services experts for quality control and service-related purposes. Some uses of this type of information include improving the Service, building  knowledge base,training and conducting internal market research.
